چکیده

Abstract Introduction Distal cylinder extrusion is not a common complication of penile prothesis surgery when compared to mechanical device failure but can have very serious complications if addressed properly. Reported revision for IPP implantation more commonly required cosmetic and erosion problems as opposed failure. Complications such distal crossovers, delayed impending lateral be treated with double fixation stitch. This technique addresses stabilization issues keeps implant secure in place.
